CHARDONNAY 2022 100% organically grown on Te Muna valley Martinborough.

Light bright yellow

In the nose - poached pear, ripped apricot, roasted almond and a touch on vanilla

Citrusy and fresh with some lemon zest, green apple and floral notes and a light influence of oak

Dry body, mouth watering with a long lasting finish.

The 20% skin contact gives some light notes of straw, hay and nuts on the palate well balanced with a good acidity that keeps the wine fresh and alive.

Up to 5 years in cellar.

Stainless steel fermentation and aged for 9 months in old French barriques.

Rosé 2022 Dry style and delicate Rosé made out of 100% Pinot Noir from Te Muna Valley. Whole bunch pressed with no time on skin which gives this bright and light pink colour.

On the nose, fruity and juicy, with cherry, white peach and watermelon flavours with a hint of lemon zest.

On the palate crispy, dry and mouth watering. Well balanced acidity that gives the wine its freshness and keeps it alive !

PINOT NOIR 2022 100% organically grown Pinot Noir from Te Muna valley Martinborough

10 months in aged French barrel.

Bright red with violet reflections. Elegant notes of dark cherry, blackberry, violet and rose, followed by balsamic.

Light to medium body, well-integrated tannin long and persistent on the palate. Good acidity due to an early harvest keeps the freshness of the wine.

Bolla Fresca 2022

Our first sparkling wine. Bolla Fresca means “fresh bubbles” in Italian.
This wine has been made with the “methode champenoise”.

It is a brut style, with no addition, 50% Pinot Noir 50% Chardonnay

100 % handcrafted; handpicked, bottled by hand, remuage by hand, disgorging by hand, labelling by hand.
